Of Laundry, RVs, and School...

This has been a fun, but crazy week. Some of the highlights include:

~a broken washer
~essay writing
~passing tests
~more sunburns
~time with friends
~packing for a family weekend

Mom discovered last weekend,  that the washer was leaking.  In a house of five where laundry accumulates very quickly, this was not a pleasant realization. Mom has spent a good bit of time this week researching various machines (as I type this, she and Dad are actually at Home Depot working on narrowing down the options).

One of our dear family friends allowed us to come over and use her machine in order to reduce our laundry mountain and try a different machine.  Melissa, Molly, and Mom spent the morning at the R. Family's house talking with Mrs. R. and playing with her two boys, James and Charlie.

I spent Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday studying for a Management Information Systems DSST test which I passed yesterday :D Passing this test brought me up to 82 credits. If I stay on schedule, I hope to be a senior by mid-August.

Today, we are packing up the RV and plan to leave in another hour or so for Hershey Park.

Every year Dad's company provides very discounted tickets to employees and their families. We have gone the past two years and enjoyed it! Mom and Molly tend to stick together as they prefer a slower pace and some of the less-intense rides. Melissa, Dad, and I generally head the thriller rides (and among the three of us, I'm definitely the wimp of the group :P)

I hope to be share a post on Monday with pictures and a recap of our weekend!

I'd love to get a few comments on here, so take a minute and let me know what your weekend plans are :)
