We are over halfway through the first week and today marks the end of 1/6th of the month...
Can y'all tell that I'm just a bit geeky when it comes to math and analyzing things? :P
Anyways, all that^^ is also know as, "Today is day 5 of the 'Give Thanks' Challenge."
I'm so grateful for this challenge and how it's pushing me of what I'm thankful for every day! Amidst the busyness of work, school, and life commitments, it's nice to have this challenge here at the end of the day to make me think and reflect on the day and what I should be thanking the Lord for (rather than complaining!)
Without further ado here's the lists...
Megan:
~steady job
~cross stitch projects
~planning and plotting surprise packages
~friends who pray for you
~quiet morning workouts
~seeing Biblical communication principles behind the "so-called" new management communication theories... Seems God knew the best way all along :)
~a home filled with joy and laughter
Molly:
~Those daily doses of humility (at least I'm trying to be thankful for them; I thought it would be helpful to put it on the list. ;))
~The sweet blessing that came to me this morning
~Good books that show you how far you still have to climb
~The bad examples I have seen--they've made me so much more grateful for the good examples

~Different fonts (they make life so much more interesting! :D)
"...in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." ~1 Thessalonians 5:18
